Ijen CM, with its distinct notes of sweet and dried fruits, gracefully complements the floral complexity and juicy vibrance of Colombia Mosto. Together, they represent more than just two origins, they embody resilience, creativity, and the art of transformation. Showcasing modern processing techniques through humble, locally available varieties, this creation reflects the power of innovation even in times of uncertainty, without the need for rare or exotic beans like Geisha. Lutfi united these two coffees into a single, meaningful experience, not merely a blend of flavors, but a convergence of stories and legacies, where every sip tells of human ingenuity, and every note becomes a tribute to the beauty of collaboration and perseverance.
