In the fertile highlands of West Java, Finca de Berman is a hub of innovation and collaboration. Led by Mr. Diki, a Cup of Excellence award-winning producer, the farm has become a reference point for excellence in Indonesian specialty coffee. Diki is deeply passionate about pushing the limits of coffee processing, blending traditional wisdom with modern techniques.
He works closely with Don Aman—a respected elder farmer in the region, beloved by all—and partners with several surrounding farms to build a community-driven coffee ecosystem. This collaborative spirit brings diversity and depth to every lot.
Diki experiments with multiple processing methods, including natural, anaerobic, carbonic maceration, wet-hulled musto, and dry-hulled musto, creating coffees that are both rooted and visionary. With ideal volcanic soil and microclimates, the region delivers coffees that reflect both land and legacy.
